BENEFITS AND PERKS

A popular benefit is the university’s tuition assistance benefit, tuition assistance for family and tuition exchange program (scroll down to “Alternative education benefit for your child”) for benefits-eligible faculty.
WorkWell Center supports USC’s Family-Friendly Initiative to improve the quality of life of USC faculty and to promote health and wellness. Services for faculty include:
- Confidential Counseling
- Talks and groups for working moms, caregivers, and other family-related issues
- Coaching and consulting to help leaders identify and work toward professional and/or personal goals and enhance the work environment, manage troubled employees, and improve employee and team performance.
Fitness facilities at both the University Park Campus (Lyon Center and USC Village Fitness Center) and the Health Sciences Campus (HSC Fitness Center) are open to faculty at a reduced membership rate. In addition to exercise equipment and swimming pools, also available are group workout classes, massage therapy, intramural sports and personal training.
